Shipping Options and Times

  • Local Shipping: If the order is placed before noon it is processed and shipped the same day, if placed in the afternoon, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on carrier time. This time may vary depending on the recipient's location and the efficiency of the delivery service.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs
  • The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the checkout page, based on the weight and destination of the order.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100, automatically applicable in the shopping cart.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the carrier's website using this number.

Problems with Shipping
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at soporte@cscollection.com.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs or other events beyond our control.
